What is the difference between crysis and crysis warhead?

All i understand so far is that it is something of a sequel/exapansion. But its cheaper than the original crysis on steam, why is this?

is the story shorter? does this one still come with sandbox? does it get you any new maps or anything like that or new objects and things for sandbox? does this one even come with sandbox? and does it have better graphics? ive heard it does

The reason that it is cheaper is that it is an "expansion" to Crysis, not an actual game itself. Basically, you buy the expansion and if you already have Crysis then it adds more content to the game, sometimes like new weapons or missions.
