What format should I get a PC game for? Crysis, for example, is available on Steam and Games for Windows. Can Steam players play against Live players? If not, what would be the best choice? What's more popular?
Same question for COD4; For Steam or non-Steam? Why?Steam/GameSpy/Live/etc. servers for PC. What's best/most active?
I'm fairly sure they all use the same servers.
