had the same problem on xp. delete all profiles but you can back up your save game

Crysis crashes on start up ?
When i try to launch crysis it opens and the whole screen goes all black and 5 seconds later it says crysis has encountered a problem or something im on vista x64 i bought the game from steam so if u guys have and suggestions to a fix of the problem then please tell me!Crysis crashes on start up ?
